Research programs on UniversityAdmissions.se and the university's own website. Ensure you meet both the general and program-specific entry requirements (e.g., specific high school subjects, Bachelor's degree subject, and English proficiency).
Create an account and submit your application via the central portal before the deadline (typically mid-January for the main autumn intake). You can apply for up to four programs.
If you are a non-EU/EEA student, you must pay the application fee (SEK 900) to University Admissions by the required deadline.
Upload all required documents to your account on UniversityAdmissions.se. This includes:
• Academic transcripts/degrees.
• Proof of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
• ID documents.
• CV/Motivation Letter (if required by the specific program).
Results (Notification of Selection Results) are published in your account on UniversityAdmissions.se.
If accepted, and you are required to pay tuition fees, you must pay the first installment directly to your chosen university. This payment finalises your admission and is critical for the next phase.
Once your tuition fee is paid, your university will notify the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) that you have been fully admitted and paid the fee.
