Refund Policy
Our goal at IFS Consultants is to provide a hassle-free, happy and fully satisfied services to the best of our ability within the framework of professional ethicists and under the ambit of immigration policies of the respective foreign governments. It is our endeavour to serve the client / student to the utmost satisfaction fulling the requirements of the students but at times things go wrong. Hence in such unperceivable situations we at IFS have a refund policy to
satisfy the client to a possible extent in case of any eventuality.
Modalities
Refund request has to be made by submitting the actual receipt.
Refund request(s) has to be made within 05 business days from the purchase of the service then 80 percent of the service charge would be refunded after deducting the applicable government taxes.
Refund will not be provided if the student has received the University list where he /she is likely to secure admission.
If the student is unable to secure admission in the Universities suggested by IFS, in such a scenario 50% of the service charge will be refunded after deducting the applicable government taxes.
If “IFS” could not secure admission for the candidate and the student is not interested for any refund then in such situation the company will take the responsibility to apply to few more universities at the cost of the company after taking a written consent from the student and secure admission for the candidate for the same semester if possible or for next semester in the same country.
The fee paid is non transferable and is valid for 02 years.
Any refund request beyond 05 business days of purchasing the service will not be accepted and a refund will not be provided.
