Does it have financial aid to recover the expenses you incur? What entrance exam does the university take seriously and how much should you score so that the university would consider you? There are universities which still go with the paper-based application forms, you need to gather them, fill them correctly and post it to them. You must make sure that it has scholarship options available, if not you would have to be independent financially.
